AI Solutions

Five categories. One of them is probably your problem.

Every one of these exists because a specific thing was going wrong — a phone nobody could answer, follow-up that stopped, a report someone rebuilt by hand every Monday. Start from the problem, not the technology.

The five

What each one actually does

AI Front Desk

Prices are starting points. The final figure comes from a scoping conversation, and we give it to you in writing before any work begins.

Whichever you pick

The parts that are the same every time

It connects to what you already run

A solution that does not write back to your CRM or calendar just creates a second place to check. We confirm the integration path before quoting — including when the honest answer is that your platform does not allow it.

It is tested before it is live

Your real questions and the awkward edge cases go through it first. Nothing meets a customer on its first day.

Setup and monthly are separate

You see the one-time implementation cost and the ongoing management cost as two numbers, because they are two different things.

Process

How a project runs

Tell us what is not working

A short conversation about where time goes, what gets missed, and what it costs you. No demo, no deck — we are trying to find the expensive problem.

See the recommended solution

We come back with the most practical place to start, what it will connect to, what it will not do, and the expected price. If the honest answer is that nothing here helps, we say so.

We build and connect it

We configure it, write what it is allowed to say, connect it to your existing tools, and test it against your real scenarios before it touches a customer.

We keep it working

We monitor it, read what it actually said, tighten weak answers, and adjust when a connected tool changes or your business does.

Control

What you keep authority over

Approved sources only

The agent answers from material you have signed off — your hours, services, policies, and prepared answers. It is not turned loose on the open internet.

Human escalation

You set what always reaches a person: named topics, trigger phrases, or the caller simply asking. An agent that escalates beats one that improvises.

Conversation visibility

Calls and chats are recorded and summarised, and you can read them. Nothing happens in a channel you cannot inspect.

Explicit permissions

Each connection gets the narrowest access that works — read a calendar, write one field, nothing more. We tell you exactly what was granted.

Questions

Before you get in touch

Do I need to understand AI to work with you?
No. You describe what is going wrong — missed calls, slow follow-up, the same job done by hand every week — and we work out which tool fits and whether it is worth doing at all. If the honest answer is that software will not fix it, we tell you.
What does it cost to get started?
Implementation starts at $299 for a single focused solution and rises with scope. Ongoing management is billed monthly and shown separately. Every price on the pricing page is a starting point, not a quote — the final number comes from a scoping conversation.
Will it replace my staff?
That is not what we build for. These systems handle the calls nobody could get to, the follow-up that stops after one attempt, and the repetitive data entry. Your team keeps the conversations that need judgement, and every agent has a route to a person.
What happens when the AI cannot answer something?
It hands over. You set the rules — specific topics, trigger phrases, or the caller simply asking for a human — and the conversation transfers or a person is notified with the full context. An agent that guesses is worse than one that escalates.
Do you work with the software we already use?
Usually. Most CRMs, calendars, and phone systems have an integration path. Some do not, or restrict it to specific vendor tiers. We check yours before quoting rather than promising a connection and discovering the problem afterwards.
How long does it take to go live?
A single solution is typically live in one to two weeks. A front desk agent takes two to three. A full growth system takes three to five. Dashboards and custom builds are scoped individually. The delay is usually gathering what the agent is allowed to say, not the build.
Am I locked into a contract?
Ongoing management is month-to-month. Cancel with notice and you keep what was built. Implementation is a one-time fee and is not refundable once the work has started.
Who owns the data and the configuration?
You do. The knowledge sources, the conversation records, and the configuration are yours. Our AI & Data Policy sets out what is processed, who processes it, how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted.
Still not sure which applies? Describe the situation in your own words on the contact form — including if you think the answer might be “none of these”. We will tell you either way.

Tell us the problem and we will name the solution.

One conversation, no deck. We will tell you which of these fits, what it connects to, what it will not do, and what it costs.
