We only collect information necessary to provide excellent service. We never sell your data to third parties.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly:

• Name and business name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Business information and content
• Payment information (processed through Stripe)
• Communication history

We automatically collect:

• Your IP address, used to rate-limit our forms and the chat assistant. We do not look up your location from it.
• Campaign parameters (utm_source and similar) if you arrived from a campaign link, plus the page you landed on and the hostname — not the full address — of the site that referred you. These are held for your visit and attached to anything you submit, so we can tell which campaign produced an enquiry.
• The options you select in the Guided Solution Finder, stored only if you ask us to email you the result.

How We Use Your Information

Your information helps us:

• Run marketing campaigns on your behalf
• Process payments securely

We use Supabase for database hosting, which provides enterprise-grade security and compliance. Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.

We retain your information as long as you're an active client, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal and business purposes.

While we take security seriously, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but we do our best to protect your data.

Email and SMS Consent

By providing your email or phone number, you consent to receive:

• Service updates and project communications
• Support messages and responses
• Billing and payment notifications
• Marketing messages (you can opt out anytime)

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime using the link in each message.

Text message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate our business:

• Supabase: Database hosting and backend services.
• Resend: Sending notification and confirmation emails.
• Anthropic: Powers the website assistant. Conversations you have with it are processed by Anthropic and stored by us. See our AI & Data Policy for detail.
• Calendly: Scheduling, when you book a call.
• Meta/TikTok/Google: Advertising platforms for running your campaigns.
• Email/SMS providers: Communication and automation tools.

These services have their own privacy policies. We choose partners who respect privacy and comply with applicable laws.

Cookies and Tracking

We use browser storage for a small number of things:

• Keeping you signed in to the client portal
• Remembering that you dismissed a notice
• Grouping the messages in a single chat conversation

Most browsers let you control cookies and storage through settings. Disabling them may stop the portal and the assistant from working.

We do not currently run an analytics or advertising tracker on this website. No measurement script is loaded. If that changes, this policy will be updated before it does.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your information
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Object to certain data processing

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal information at any time. We'll delete your data within 30 days, except:

• Information needed for legal compliance
• Data required for billing and tax purposes
• Aggregated counts that cannot identify you
• Backup systems (purged within 90 days)

Website content you paid for remains your property. We'll provide files upon request.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we've collected data from a child, contact us immediately.

International Data

Your data may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.
